CANCELLATIONS ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be done 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel/reschedule within the allotted 72 hour period, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay a second booking fee to reschedule. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of the cost of your intended service. Whichever is greater. We take the time allotted for these appointments very seriously as it is extremely difficult to rebook that appointment slot in that time frame. If cancelling or rescheduling of the SAME appointment occurs more than twice without appropriate notice (72 hrs) your booking fee will once again be forfeited, and you will not be permitted to reschedule. WE ARE CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS Including but not limited to Presidents Day, MLK Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. If for any reason these days are not blocked on our booking page and you book your appointment on that date, you will be contacted to reschedule that appointment. If your provider has made reasonable effort to work with you to reschedule that appointment yet is unable to find a suitable date or more than 5 alternative dates are refused, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. If the provider needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be contacted immediately with as much notice as possible. They will make reasonable effort to accommodate your schedule in searching for a new appointment date. I’d no agreement can be made and all alternative dates are refused by the client, the appointment will be cancelled. However, because this was a cancellation initiated by the provider, your deposit will be held and valid for one year. If the original appointment is not rescheduled WITHIN that one year allotted time frame, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay another deposit to reschedule. No call/no shows are unacceptable. If you fail to inform your artist of your intended absence, your card on file will be charged the 50% of the cost of your intended service, and you will not be permitted to reschedule. LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS We strongly encourage our clients to arrive 10-20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location prior to your appointment time. ​​ Please contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. We schedule 2-3 hours for all permanent make up procedures and 1-2 hours for tattoo appointments to ensure enough time to properly care for each client. Time is precious. With that being said, if you will be more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered missed and your booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment. Additional missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests.
